Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Cielo Waters ships bathroom fixtures across Canada, including all provinces and major cities. We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

2. Processing Time

All online orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Ontario & Quebec: 3 – 5 business days

Western Canada: 5 – 7 business days

Atlantic Canada: 5 – 8 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier conditions.

4. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $150 CAD (before tax).

A flat-rate fee applies to smaller orders, calculated at checkout.

Bulky or special-order items may incur additional freight charges — customers will be notified before processing.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.
